Equally with the internal work Brian managed to fix a real problem area where we had water damage and took the time to run through options, again we were so pleased with the results.

Brian provided a quote which he worked to and over 3 weeks, performed a transformation whilst being company for an isolated old lady. It is clear from the photographs that he has done a tremendous job whilst mending her blind pull in the kitchen and reconnecting Mum with the internet!

Being 300 miles away and unable to see my Mum, this was a source of anxiety for me and her! Brian has resolved a difficult situation with expertise and calmness. I cannot speak more highly of his care, professionalism and expertise!
